Why choose our cottage?

Why choose us?

Nestled in the village of Hetton, in the heart of the Dales National Park near the historic market town of Skipton. Open the doors and you are in the countryside, close the doors for your own cosy retreat.

Location

Within a 20 minute drive you can reach the renown beauty spot that is Bolton Abbey. A similar distance will get you to the beautiful Malham Cove, make your way up 400 rocky steps for spectacular views over the Yorkshire Dales.

Our history

Bramble Cottage has been our family's countryside retreat since 1976, it has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished to provide a characterful cottage with modern facilities.

What we offer

Three good sized bedrooms all with open countryside views. The twin room in particular having views to Rylstone fell with the war memorials along the top ridge.

The cottage is literally steps away from The Angel Inn. Now overseen by Michelin chef Michael Wignall he continues to take the already winning pub / restaurant to new gastronomic heights.

For a more traditional Dales pub travel just four miles to the gorgeous hamlet of Linton and the Fountaine Inn. With a cosy snug, roaring fires, low ceilings and a traditional warm Yorkshire welcome. You will not be disappointed and can enjoy great food to boot.
