The entrance hall leads to a spacious sitting room with open fire, flat panel TV with Freeview & DVD player.
A very well equipped kitchen with; electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Dining room. Cloakroom with WC and basin.
First floor
3 bedrooms – 2 double rooms and 1 twin all with fantastic views.
The principal bedroom has an additional TV with freeview.
The bathroom has a 3 piece suite, shaver point and electric shower over the bath.
We have a varied selection of books. A Travel Cot, high chair and stairgate are available on request.
All bed linen and towels are provided. All oil and electricity is included in the rent and the cottage has oil fired central heating throughout. A starter pack of coal and logs are provided for the open fire.
Complimentary WIFI is also available.
No smoking in the cottage please. Private parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets.
